What is your processing and shipping time?
We take up to 3 business days after placing your order for processing and we use USPS ground shipping which is an additional 3-5 business days for arrival after your order has been shipped out.
How much is shipping and handling?
We have a preset shipping and handling charge of $15
How do you ship your products?
We use USPS ground (United States Postal Service). We take all measures to ensure your package arrives safely and intact. Each item is individually packaged and wrapped for safe travels.
What if my product arrives damaged?
While we take all measures to ensure your package arrives safely, sometimes accidents can happen during the shipping process. If your package arrives damaged, please take pictures and send to cultivationsplantshop@gmail.com within 3 business days of your package arriving. We will send you new items to replace anything damaged in shipping. This includes all pieces like plants, glass, or any other item included in your order. If it is damaged, please let us know so we can make it right. We strive to make sure all items meet your satisfaction.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns at all as these are live plants and would not survive the process of shipping back. If anything arrives broken, or damaged, or any plant arrives dead, please see above information on how to contact us so we can replace your items.
How do you source your plants?
Cremation Terrarium is a subset business of Cultivations Plant Shop which is owned and run by our owner Amanda. All ferns are sourced from our collection, and all mosses are wild foraged from Ohio.
Do you ship internationally?
No, Cremation Terrarium does not ship internationally at this time. We do apologize.
